There was a deliberate and clear effort to release the text in such a manner so as to impede grassroots scrutiny of the document. Unionist Voice has sought to provide an quick read analysis for the grassroots PUL community to allow for a proper discussion around what is being proposed, prior to the attempts to restore the Assembly later this morning (Friday 10 January 2020).
