As discussions continue around whether unionism should return to Stormont and collaborate in implementing the subjugation of the Union, a new paper has been published addressing the arguments made in favour of returning to Stormont, and why- whilst the Protocol/Framework remains- such arguments do not stand up to scrutiny.
The paper also addresses what is truly required to restore NI’s place in the Union and specifically challenges efforts to massage the true meaning of Article 6 of the Acts of Union, and the demonstrably false claim that you can be both a full part of the UK and have privileged access to the EU single market.
