WATCH: East Belfast FC protest against the invasion of their sporting club by masked men

On Saturday East Belfast FC organised a protest in response to masked men, aided by the PSNI, invading their facilities in order to demolish a children’s community hub, earmarked for mental health provision and educational workshops for the local community.

The appalling actions of Belfast City Council has drawn anger from right across the local sporting community, with many feeling that the club is being targeted as part of an increasingly sectarian agenda being pursued by Belfast City Council officers embolden by the pan-nationalist partnership of SF and Alliance.
